ILLINOIS LACROSSE ASSOCIATION
ELITE TEAM TRYOUTS!
The Illinois Lacrosse Association coaches are holding tryouts for 2009 spring/summer Varsity Elite team called the Illinois Lacrosse Knights Elite. All coaches from the below teams support the formation of an elite team of players and will be assisting in a coaching or advisory capacity.
All members in high school, who have not graduated and are from the following teams are eligible to try out:
Jacobs
Huntley
McHenry
Prairie Ridge
S. Elgin
Marian Central
Try Outs will be held this week Tuesday – Thursday June 9 – 11 at the Oakwood Hills Park from 5 – 7pm.
There are 4 tournaments that we will be participating in and the team will practice 3 times a week and play in tournaments through July 26.
Save the dates:
June 20/21 – Crystal Lake
June 27/28 - Milwaukee
July 11/12 – Kalamazoo (overnight)
July 24/26 - Naperville
The costs will be announced when the team selection is made.

Lacrosse – Chumash @ Huntley Park District
It’s New! It’s Fun! Try it you’ll LOVE it! Participants will play a really fun version of the fastest sport on two feet – Lacrosse Chumash!

Small teams of 4+ players will have the opportunity to learn lacrosse basics - throwing, catching, & cradling. After practicing the basics, players will play games with other teams and see who can score the most goals. Equipment will be provided.
All players will be grouped with players of similar age. Please bring a water bottle & Mouth Guard
Fee: $60/$72
